Energy Tips
Attic Exhaust Fans
Exhaust fans are an excellent way to save money during the summer mounts. however, those same exhaust
fans will suck the money right out of your wallet during the winter. These units do not know the difference
between the sun or your heater creating the heat the attic. We suggest covering them with a trash bag during
the winter months. This also helps preserve the life of the exhaust fan by keeping it out of the winter elements.
Weatherstripping
Weather stripping around your front door and other openings in your home will save you money year-round. whether you’re trying to
keep the cold or hot air in, weatherstripping is a must. it’s very inexpensive compared to the money it saves.
